Self-love
I don't know who needs to hear this, but you matter. I know for a fact that sometimes we literally trip over our low self-esteem and our confidence levels are not that high, but we do matter. "If you had a friend that was very close to you, would you talk to her the way that you talk to yourself?" I came across that question last year, and i honestly wished that i have read it sooner, and i wanted other people to think about this question too. When we are young, with no experience in life, we perceive ourselves as 'normal', but when we hear comments like "You smile in a weird way" , "You are so underweight i thought you were a kid" , or "your nose is too big" , we start to belittle ourselves, we start to feel insecure, and we stop perceiving ourselves as normal and instead we start noticing every single flaw in ourselves.
